Timoun yo, pa kriye, pa rele,

Manman nou pap travay

Papa nou pap travay

Sa nou jwenn fò'n manje'l.

Lè yo pran lari chak avan jou

pou chache lavi.

Bondje fè'w gras yo bò kote ou.

Bondje fè'w gras ou ka bat bouch ou.

Bondje fè'w gras y’ale yo tounen.

Priye Bonje pou yo gen sante

pou yo ka viv.

Fòk nou kenbe kè.

Fòk nou kenbe fèm e priye.

Pèsevere, pa ret kanpe.

(Tande)

Timoun yo, fò'n priye pou'n manje.

Children, do not cry, do not shout,

Our mother does not work

Our father does not work

We eat what we get.

When they take to the streets every day

to look for life. (work)

God blessed you, they are by your side.

God blessed you, you can eat.

God blessed you, they leave and come back safe.

Pray God for them to be healthy

so that they can live.

We must be strong.

We must hold firm and pray.

Persevere, don't stop.

(Listen)

Children, let us pray for food.
